None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Caffeine and/or its third party providers or distributors. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this site are the property of Caffeine, its affiliates, and various third parties. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any of these symbols without the written permission of Caffeine or such other party that may own the rights to the symbol. User-authored courseware are the property of the author, and are always noted as such. In the event that the author's relationship with Caffeine is terminated, the user-authored courseware will be returned in its as-submitted state within 24 hours.
2. Use of the Site
our Members may only use this site to make legitimate transactions and shall not use this site for any other purposes. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Caffeine, except that our Members may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this site on a single computer for yourpersonal, use only. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. our Members must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials. The use of such materials on any other web site or in any environment of networked computers is prohibited. Caffeine integrates third party software in some of its services.

Caffeine assumes no responsibility for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment as a result of your use of this site.
Caffeine assumes no responsibility for the services delivered by any software, database, or other web service that may be used as an add-on to the service contracted through this site.
4. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Privacy Policy
It is our policy to not share data provided by visitors to our sites, or web-use statistics to any agency or person not connected with Caffeine unless required or compelled to do so by law or court order.
Caffeine may contact site visitors, or those who have submitted contact information to their web sites, for the purposes of introducing new products or services, promotions, ascertain customer satisfaction, conduct market research, and other communications related to market offerings and activities of Caffeine and its affiliates.
Due to the nature of our business, it is necessary to receive, process and transmit order and course-related data, and to communicate test results and usage to a master-administrator (in most cases, this could be your employer). In these cases, information is shared only with the express consent of the user upon instruction by their employer. Further, the user, when pressing a ‘submit’, 'purchase', 'order', 'send' or similar button, authorizes us to process test results and transmit course data, and expressly releases us from liability.
