    Through the secure TrendSpotter survey service, site-Administrators:

    • 1. Deploy custom-designed operational-improvement surveys for use on PDA's, desktop kiosks, or mail-in
    • 2. Monitor data received from key performance indicators as surveys are completed, to pro-actively manage business-critical outcomes such as customer satisfaction, safety, sales, and others
    • 3. Award 'performance points' to individuals and teams for the delivery of goal-aligned results and behaviors
    • 4. Use the data to identify training opportunities, and use the Training Center to author focused-improvement training to turn negative results around quickly
