Caffeine Performance system provides the tools to

Through the
deployment of base-line employee engagement surveys,
Administrators will determine specific needs, and
integrate these into the design of a relevant,
targeted performance improvement process.
Through the secure TrendSpotter™
survey service, site-Administrators:
- 1. Deploy custom-designed
operational-improvement surveys for use on
PDA's, desktop kiosks, or mail-in
- 2. Monitor data received
from key performance indicators as surveys are
completed, to pro-actively manage
business-critical outcomes such as customer
satisfaction, safety, sales, and others
- 3.
Award 'performance
points' to individuals and teams for the delivery of goal-aligned
results and behaviors
- 4. Use the data to
identify training opportunities, and use the
Training Center™ to
author focused-improvement training to turn negative results
around quickly
