- Follow '?', located throughout your dashboard, for detailed context-related help.

- To sign-into your Caffeine Account, follow these steps:

1. Visit http://www.caffeineperformance.com

2. Click the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right of the screen (this will bring you to the sign-in page)

3. Enter the email address and password that were used to start your account.  If you’re not sure of your password, click the ‘Did you Forget Your Password?’ link.

4. Entering your email address in the ‘Forgot Password’ page will automatically reset your password, as well as send it to the email address on file.

5. You can change your Password by Signing-In, and clicking the ‘Modify Account Data’ link from the ‘My Tool Kit’ section of your Dashboard.

Employees.

 

Accolade is a simple tool to make sure that your colleagues get the recognition they deserve!

Accolade is built into your Dashboard at Caffeine Performance.   To use it:

  1. 1. Sign-into your Dashboard
  2. 2. Click ‘Recognize an Associate’, the 5th tab from the left, on the top tool bar
  3. 3. Or, click ‘Accolade – Recognize an Associate’ in the My Tool Box section of your Dashboard
  4. 4. A simple form will be presented that will invite you to tell a brief story about why you feel that your colleague deserves recognition.  Complete this form and send it! 
  5. 5. The contents of the form are sent to your Program Administrator, who will assure that the appropriate recognition is given.

The Innovation CaseBuilder

To access the Innovation CaseBuilder, sign-in to your Dashboard.

The Innovation CaseBuilder is powerful tool that has 2-elements:

1. Employee-Generated, focused business cases are presented using the Innovation CaseBuilder system.  It’s easy to use, thought-provoking, and generates valuable employee input. 

2. Employer-Generated, allows the engagement of employees to solve business-critical problems.  Use the system to reduce costs, improve sales, reduce turnover, or address other issues.

The system is simple to use – click the CaseBuilder link from either the top or Administrator sections of the Dashboard.

 

Administrators.

The Administrator's Dashboard

As an Administrator, you have access to a set of powerful tools to manage your performance improvement process.  To access the tools:

1. sign-in to your Dashboard.

Your tools are visible only to Administrators, and are presented below the standard Dashboard tools that are presented to every user.  They include:

  1. 1. Employee Control Panel (add employees, add/modify strategic goals that will display on your employee’s Dashboard every time they sign-in)
  2. 2. Survey Management (arrange a customized survey to advance your performance improvement objective)
  3. 3. CaseBuilder (request collaboration from your employees, or respond to independently-generated business cases)
  4. 4. Product Management (add/modify/delete incentive products)
  5. Incentive Catalog Customization Request
  6. 5. CourseWriter – your focused improvement training authoring wizard

Entering or Modifying an Employee’s Point Balance or Strategic Goals

The Caffeine Performance system allows Administrators to connect rewards that are personal and meaningful to an employee with the achievement of specified strategic goals that are displayed as a reminder every time on the employee’s Dashboard.

To access this feature:

  1. 1. Sign-in to your Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click the ‘Employee Control Panel’ link in your Administrator’s section (the bottom portion of the page, under the ‘Employees’ title)
  3. 3. To add a new employee, click the green ‘Add’ button on the right side of your screen.
  4. 4. To edit or revise an employee’s goals, or points, click the number in ‘Bonus Points’
  5. 5. You’ll be presented with a summary screen of this employee’s points and goals todate. 
  6. 6. Click the ‘Adjust’ button, and enter the revised point balance (if you’re awarding new points), or the revised goals
  7. 7. When you’re finished editing, click ‘Update’
Adding a new Reward

The Caffeine Performance system allows Administrators to connect rewards that are personal and meaningful to an employee. 

The system provides an easy-to-use wizard to add any product.  To use it:

  1. 1. Sign-in to your Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click the ‘Add a New Reward’ link in the ‘Incentives’ box, in the Administrators control panel (the bottom half of the page)
  3. 3. You’ll be presented with a table to describe the new reward. 
  4. 4. Be sure that you: Name it/Provide a description in ‘Details’/Assign a Point-Redemption Value (this is your internal currency!)
  5. 5. Name the image that you are about to upload - it must be gif or jpg format only.
  6. 6. Adjust formatting using the tools provided
  7. 7. Click ‘Add’ when you are satisfied that all information is ready
  8.  
  9. You’ll be followed by a page which asks you to upload the photo that you just named for this product.
